By creating an account, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using Quiver.

2.1 About Quiver
Quiver is an educational platform that provides children with lessons in accounting, commerce, and business studies. We offer digital services in the form of credits, which can be used to access classes and educational content.

2.2 Digital Services
All products sold on Quiver are digital credits only. We do not offer any physical goods or files.

2.3 Target Audience
Our services are intended for students and parents/guardians interested in commerce and business education.

3. Account Creation

Users must create an account to purchase credits or access services. Required information includes full name, email address, and date of birth. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent.

4. Products & Pricing

Quiver sells credits that can be used to access our educational content. The pricing is as follows:

• 1 Credit – $15
• Bundles available at discounted rates (e.g., 5 Credits – $70, 10 Credits – $130)

Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated due to terms violation.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit/debit card through secure processors. All payment data is encrypted and handled by trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayHere, Stripe). We do not store card data.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

7. License & Usage

Purchasing credits grants you a non-transferable license to access educational services provided by Quiver. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of content is prohibited.

9. Third-Party Services

We use platforms such as Netlify for hosting and PayHere for payments. While we do our best to ensure seamless service, we are not liable for downtime caused by these providers.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate our terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, all access and licenses will be revoked.

11. Legal & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. For disputes, contact us first for resolution. Unresolved issues may proceed to arbitration or legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the updated terms.

13. Disclaimer

Quiver provides services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
